For physical products, from our Upcycled Colletion, we ship between 2 to 5 business days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital pattern refunds are not accepted. Once you have purchased a digital product you will receive the link to download the PDF pattern. Making it not suitable for a return.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products/garment refunds are allowed within 14 days of receiving the package. The product/garment must be in the same state and condition as it was received, with all the tags, and haven't been worn or washed. The buyer will be responsible for the return costs.

EXCHANGE POLICY
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Exchanges are not possible as these are digital products. Once you have purchased a digital product you will receive the link to download the PDF pattern. Making it not suitable for an exchange.

Physical products/garments might be exchange depending on stock and availability.​ The buyer will be responsible for the exchange costs. Otherwise it will have to be a return item.
